The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of good quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of receipt, if the item does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Goods of improper quality<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage, incomplete set, or an inconsistency with your order or description on the website, please notify us as soon as possible via the “Contacts” page.<\/p>

    For prompt consideration of your request, you may send photos of the product and packaging. This will help identify the cause of the issue faster, but does not limit your rights provided by the legislation of Ukraine. <\/p>

    Upon confirmation of a defect or an error on the store’s part, we will offer one of the following options: product exchange, rectification of the flaw (where possible), or a refund.<\/p>
