It has a tonic, diuretic, sedative effect. It has venotonizing, antibacterial, immunostimulating, wound healing and thyroid stimulating properties.<\/p>\n<p>It helps with joint pain, reduces inflammation in gout, rheumatism, and osteochondrosis. It is effective for the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract. Relieves spasms, colic, normalizes metabolism. The herb has a mild diuretic effect. It treats cardiovascular pathologies, helps with tachycardia, and can be prescribed during the recovery period after a stroke and heart attack.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Methods of application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Alcohol tincture:<\/strong> Pour 50 g of the root with 500 ml of 40% alcohol or vodka, leave for 2-3 weeks in a dark place, strain. Drink 30 drops per 100 ml of water 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes before meals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Water infusion:<\/strong> Pour 1 tablespoon of chopped roots with 400 ml of boiling water into a thermos (or well wrapped in a jar with a lid), leave for 6-8 hours.
