Anchan is a herbal tea with an amazing array of beneficial properties, and it astonishes with its bright blue color in the cup. If you add a few drops of lemon juice, the color of the drink changes to purple-violet.<\/span><\/div>\n

Anchan tea is rich in antioxidants.<\/span><\/span> It contains magnesium, zinc, potassium, manganese and other trace elements.<\/span><\/span> In Asia, it has been used as a folk medicine for centuries.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

It has the following useful properties:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • can serve as a natural antipyretic, so it can even be used instead of pills, according to research conducted in 2004 in India;<\/li>\n
  • is useful for diabetics, as it lowers blood glucose levels (even one cup of Thai orchid tea is enough);<\/li>\n
  • helps in the treatment of eye diseases: blue anchovy tea contains antioxidants that help increase blood flow to the eye capillaries;<\/li>\n
  • lowers cholesterol levels;
    \nhelps maintain youthful skin and the entire body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Method of application<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    For a cup of 300-400 ml. about 4-5 anchovy flowers are needed. It’s about 0.1-0.2 grams. And if you add lemon juice to anchovy, anchovy tea turns purple.<\/p>\n

    Contraindications<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • Anemia. Blue tea from Thailand prevents the absorption of iron.<\/li>\n
    • Hypotension. Anchan tea has the property of lowering blood pressure.<\/li>\n
    • Pregnancy.<\/li>\n
