It is sometimes used for vein diseases, which is probably due to the high content of flavonoids and pronounced anti-inflammatory, vaso-strengthening and antioxidant effects.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Decoction: <\/strong>pour 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs with 1 cup of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes over low heat, leave for 2 hours, strain. Take 2 tablespoons three times a day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tea: <\/strong>pour 2 teaspoons with the top of the herb 1\/4 pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, strain. Take 1 cup three times a day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In case of gastritis, stomach pain, kidney stones, or prostate adenoma:<\/strong> Pour 1 cup of cooled boiled water over 1 tablespoon of crushed herb, let it steep for 4 hours, then strain.
