It prevents the development of diabetes mellitus, diseases of the pancreas, veins, joints, and oncological pathologies. Amaranth leaves are rich in peptides that slow down inflammatory reactions and prevent cellular mutations.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Tonic decoction: <\/strong> 2 tsp. 200 ml of boiling water to the mixture of amaranth leaves and steam for 10 minutes. Then cool, strain and take a decoction of 100 ml three times a day before meals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Therapeutic infusion:<\/strong> 1 tsp. leaves and flowers with 200 ml of water, steam for 1 minute and add liquid in a volume equal to the amount evaporated during boiling.
