Insist for half an hour, like a brew, or 15 minutes in a water bath, cool, strain. Bring the infusion to 200 ml. Drink 3 times a day 50 ml or gargle 3-5 times a day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoction: <\/strong>2 tbsp. for 200 ml of boiling water, close the container with a lid. Insist until completely cooled. Strain. Drink 2 tablespoons 3 times a day (after meals).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tincture: <\/strong>1 part of dry raw materials is poured with three parts of alcohol or high-quality vodka. Close tightly, shake periodically for 2 weeks.
