How to use:

Infusion: pour 1 teaspoon of chopped herbs into 250 ml. boiling water, leave for 1 hour, strain. Take 50 ml each. 4 times a day.

Decoction: pour 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs into 1/2 liter of water, boil over low heat for 5 minutes, leave for 1 hour, strain. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day.

Tincture: 1 l. Pour 100 ml of chopped alfalfa grass. 40% alcohol. Insist 2 weeks in a warm place. Take 10 drops 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications

• increased blood clotting;
• lupus erythematosus;
• individual intolerance;
• gastric ulcer during an exacerbation;

• children under 3 years old.
