After placing an order on the website, you will receive an SMS message confirming your order and providing payment details. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the product, payment or delivery, please indicate them in the comments section of your order.

All orders are processed daily from 9:00 to 18:00, except Sunday, shipment within 1-2 days after order confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are delivered at the expense of the Recipient according to the rates of the courier delivery service;
Orders over 2500 UAH are shipped at our expense;
The minimum order amount is 300 UAH.

  • Delivery by "Nova Poshta"
  • delivery to the branch;
  • delivery to a parcel locker.
