Thanks to its squalene content, which saturates cells with oxygen, the plant boosts immunity and helps to recover faster from colds and inflammatory diseases. Amaranth leaves are rich in peptides that slow down inflammatory reactions and prevent cellular mutations.
How to use:
Tonic decoction: 2 tsp. 200 ml of boiling water to the mixture of amaranth leaves and steam for 10 minutes. Then cool, strain and take a decoction of 100 ml three times a day before meals.
Therapeutic infusion: 1 tsp. leaves and flowers with 200 ml of water, steam for 1 minute and add liquid in a volume equal to the amount evaporated during boiling. To improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, take the healing infusion orally, 2 sips, before meals, for 2 weeks.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to substances contained in amaranth;
In the presence of urolithiasis and gallstone disease;
In acute pancreatitis and cholecystitis.
