Healing properties

How to use:
Infusion for internal administration: 2 tbsp. of chopped greens, pour 2 cups of boiling water, wrap. After three hours, strain and drink 0.5 cups three times a day before meals.
Infusion for external use: for two glasses of boiling water, take 4 tbsp. Korean Mint and infuse for 2 hours. The infusion is used to wipe the skin, add it to bathing water and rinse the hair.
Tincture: 200 grams of fresh Korean Mint flowers and leaves are poured with 0.5 liters of vodka and infused for a month in a dark place, shaking periodically. Drink three times a day 20-30 minutes before meals (in the morning and evening – 10 drops per 0.5 tbsp of water, at lunch – 20 drops).
Contraindications
- Neoplasms in the body, malfunctions of the thyroid gland and chemotherapy.
- It is necessary to start using Korean Mint in small amounts to avoid allergic reactions.
- Use during pregnancy.
