Healing properties
- Maral root extract is used as a stimulant for functional disorders of the central nervous system; as a general tonic for mental and physical fatigue and reduced work capacity.
- Maral root extract is most effective as an adaptogenic and psychostimulant agent for conditions characterized by increased irritability and fatigue, headaches, insomnia accompanied by bad dreams, reduced appetite, poor mood, and decreased sexual activity.
- Decoctions and extracts of maral root are beneficial for general weakness; they enhance heart function, stimulate the contraction of striated muscles, dilate peripheral blood vessels, increase blood flow speed, positively affect blood pressure, improve work capacity, and accelerate wound healing.
Method of application
Tincture: crushed root of the plant, poured with 70% alcohol in a ratio of 1:10, insisted for 14 days, filtered and taken twice a day, 30 drops per dose. The tincture helps with diseases of the nervous system, loss of strength, general weakness, fatigue, headaches, and decreased libido. The duration of the treatment course is determined by the doctor. It is forbidden to use the tincture in case of alcoholism, as it contains alcohol.
Infusion: 3 tbsp. of the roots of the plant, pour half a liter of hot water, insist for 8 hours. The finished infusion is taken in 2 tablespoons, twice a day. The recommended duration of treatment is 30-60 days.
Decoction: 1 tbsp. of the plant roots, pour 250 ml of boiling water, put on low heat for 20 minutes, remove from the stove, leave for 30 minutes, strain. The finished broth is taken before meals three times a day, one dessert spoon per meal.
Contraindications
epilepsy; tachycardia; arrhythmia; pregnancy; lactation; chronic liver and kidney disease; increased nervous excitability; arterial hypertension.
