How to use:
Tea : 1 teaspoon of dried leaves is brewed with 200-250 ml of boiling water and infused for 5-7 minutes. Then it is consumed as a regular tea, hot or iced.
Infusion of leaves: 20 g of crushed dry leaves are poured into a glass of boiling water, wrapped in a towel and left to infuse for about two hours. After that, it is cooled and filtered.
Decoction: Pour 2 tablespoons of herbs into an enamel dish, pour 250 ml of hot water and leave on low heat for fifteen minutes. After that, cool, filter and add boiled water to the original volume.
Contraindications

- problems with gastric secretion;
- individual intolerance;
- exacerbation of gastritis;
- peptic ulcer disease of the digestive tract.
