Brown cumin, coriander, parsley seeds

1. Cumin – has antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties, can improve intestinal peristalsis, reduce gas formation and help with bloating.
2. Coriander – has antiseptic properties and can help with intestinal inflammation, and also stimulates digestion and facilitates the process of eliminating toxins.
3. Parsley – has a diuretic effect, which helps remove toxins from the body, and also improves the functioning of the stomach and intestines.

Indications.

A cleansing infusion of cumin, coriander, and parsley may be useful for the following indications:

1. Digestive disorders:
• Cramps, bloating, and flatulence.
• Poor digestion or heaviness after eating.

Application of phytocollection

Grind the entire mixture.

1 tsp. pour 250 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 15-30 minutes. It is advisable to consume the drink twice a day 30 minutes before meals – in the morning and in the evening before bedtime.

Contraindications

The drink should not be drunk in the presence of individual intolerance to the substances included in the kit, allergic reactions, and severe heart disease.
