2. Return of goods of inadequate quality

2.1. Goods of inadequate quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2.2. To return the goods, it is necessary to:

  • Provide a photo of the goods and proof of purchase;
  • Agree on the method of return.

3. Procedure for Refunds

3.1. Funds are refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, within 7 business days.
