It is recommended for use during influenza epidemics, as well as at the first symptoms of a cold. This collection is absolutely safe and can be used by both adults and children.
Preparation
One tablespoon of the collection is brewed with a glass of boiling water, insisted for 30 minutes, then filtered. Drink it hot, half a glass 3-4 times a day. A course of treatment for a period of 3 months is allowed. If you consume tea for a long time, you should take a two-week break. When cooking, take a tablespoon filled to the brim (without a slide).
