Method of preparation
Water infusion: 1 ч. tsp. brew 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water with the chopped root, infuse for 1 hour, then strain. Take 100 ml of the infusion twice a day regardless of food. The course of treatment is 1 month. Take a break for 2 weeks and repeat.
Alcohol tincture: Pour 50 g of roots with 500 ml of vodka or 40% alcohol and leave for 2-3 weeks in a dark place. Strain, take 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals, 15-20 drops, diluted in a quarter cup of water. The duration of admission is 1 month.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance, pregnancy, lactation, children under 7 years of age.
