Method of application
In a regular teapot: 2-3 tablespoon. plants for 500 ml. of boiling water. Insist for 10-20 minutes. The proportions are selected individually.
One brew can be infused 3-4 times, increasing the brewing time slightly. The beneficial qualities of Ivan Chai drink are preserved for 3 days.
In a thermos: for 1 liter. 3 tablespoon. pour water at 90°C. Close the thermos with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.
To calm the central nervous system and insomnia: 2 cups. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over it.
Leave it for 15 minutes until the broth is infused.
Fireweed herb provides a mild sedative effect by reducing the excitability of the nervous system, decreasing nervousness, and effectively helping with stress and anxiety.
