After placing an order on the website, you will receive an SMS message confirming your order and providing payment details. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the product, payment or delivery, please indicate them in the comments section of your order.

All orders are processed daily from 9:00 to 18:00, except Sunday, shipment within 1-2 days after order confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are delivered at the Recipient’s expense according to the courier service rates;
Orders from 2500 UAH are shipped at our expense;
Minimum order amount — from 200 UAH.

Methods of delivery

Delivery of orders from the online store fitolavka.shop is possible by two carriers:

  • Delivery by "Nova Poshta"
  • "Ukrposhta" delivery

You can also pick up your order yourself at the following addresses:

2) м. Horse Market, Kiosk 26, 27 (inside the building)

International delivery
Discussed and calculated individually in our messengers.
Payment is made through the following payment systems: Paysend, PayPal, Western Union.
