Delivery and payment
After placing an order on the website, you will receive an SMS message confirming your order and providing payment details.
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the product, payment or delivery, please indicate them in the comments section of your order.
All orders are processed daily from 9:00 to 18:00, except Sunday, shipment within 1-2 days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered at the expense of the Recipient at the rates of the courier delivery service;
Orders from 2500 UAH are shipped at our expense;
The minimum order amount is from 200 UAH.
Methods of delivery
Delivery of orders from the online store fitolavka.shop is possible by two carriers:
- Delivery by "Nova Poshta"
- "Ukrposhta" delivery
You can also pick up your order yourself at the following addresses:

2) Ukraine. Kharkiv City. Horse Market, Kiosk 26, 27 (inside the building)
International Delivery
It is discussed and calculated individually in our messengers.
Payment is made using the following payment systems: Paysend, PayPal, Western Union.
