Method of preparation

Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture per 500 ml of water. The liquid is boiled for 5-10 minutes, insisted for 10-20 minutes. After straining, the tea is drunk in the amount of 250 ml twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, before meals.

1-2 tbsp of the mixture per 300 ml of water. Boil for 5-10 minutes. Insist 20-40 minutes (preferably in a thermos).
