This tea has a long history, having become popular in Tibet due to its close proximity to China, where it was introduced in 620. The phyto collection of Tibetan tea helps to improve metabolism and keep the body in good shape. Method of preparation
The tea is prepared on the basis of 1 tablespoon of the collection and 400 ml of boiling water. The infusion takes place for 20-30 minutes. After straining, the tea is divided into two portions. The first one is drunk in the morning, 30 minutes before meals, and the second one should be drunk in the same way before bed. In general, the course lasts 1-2 months.
Contraindications
