Preparation
Pour 400 ml of boiling water over two tablespoons of the herbal mixture. The infusion lasts for 20-30 minutes, after which the liquid is thoroughly filtered. Tea should be drunk two to three times a day in the amount of 150-200 ml at a time. After a month of taking it, you need to take a break.
Contraindications
Consult a doctor before use. Do not use in case of individual peculiarities and intolerance to the substances in the collection. Do not increase the recommended dose, otherwise it will lead to undesirable effects. It should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
