Cleansing the body according to the method of Marva Ohanian
A collection of herbs developed by naturopathic doctor Marva Ohanyan. It is used as a tea with antibacterial, cleansing, anthelmintic, choleretic, binding, hemostatic, diuretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects. It is not a medicinal product, but can be used as an additional tool in therapy.
Phyto collection composition
Mint, oregano, lemon balm, plantain, coltsfoot, thyme, licorice root, yarrow, burdock, chamomile, passionflower, horsetail, motherwort, sage, nettle, valerian root, hop cones, rose hips, tricolor violet, St. John’s wort, hawthorn fruits.
Indications.
Liver and biliary tract diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, colds, pneumonia and sore throat, hypertension, low immunity, vitamin deficiency.
Application of phytocollection
- To prepare the broth, you need to take 8 tbsp. l. collection, pour 3 liters of boiling water, leave for 1-2 hours. Strain. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey and the juice of 1 lemon. Take 250 ml every hour, it is recommended to consume 3 liters of infusion per day.
- The collection can be brewed and drunk like regular tea. To do this, pour 2 tbsp. l of the collection with 1 l. of boiled water, let it brew for 1-2 hours. Strain, add 1-2 tsp. of honey and 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice, drink 1 cup 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals, for 15-21 days. You can also brew it in a thermos – the infusion will be richer.
Contraindications
Tea consumption is not recommended in case of individual intolerance to the components. It should also not be taken by pregnant and lactating women.
