Useful properties
Mistletoe has the following effect on the body:
- hemostatic;
- analgesic;
- astringent;
- diuretic;
- sedative;
- anthelmintic;
- laxative;
- anti-inflammatory;
- anti-sclerotic.
Useful substances contained in the plant dilate blood vessels, improve heart function, and lower blood pressure. Mistletoe has a positive effect on the nervous system, reducing anxiety and increased excitability, helping with dizziness, migraines, convulsions, neuralgia.
Method of application
Infusion for internal use: 2 tsp. of dried crushed plant per 250 ml of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes, strain and take three times a day, one tablespoon per dose. This infusion is good for atherosclerosis, bleeding (both internal and external) during recovery from a stroke.
Tincture. 25 г. of crushed plant per 100 g of vodka, insisted for 5 days. The tincture is taken three times a day, 30 drops each.
Contraindications

- thyroid hypofunction;
- renal failure.
