How to use:
In case of fatigue, loss of strength, an infusion is useful: 1 tablespoon of dry raw materials per 200 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 15 minutes. You need to drink it during the day, 3 times half a glass.
Bronchitis is treated by inhalation: you need to breathe for 10 minutes over a pot of broth (2-3 tablespoons of raw materials per procedure).
In case of disorders of the urinary system, sitz baths are indicated. Prepare 200 g of herbs, boil 10 liters of water and brew for 20 minutes. Next, the infusion must be filtered and poured into a bath or basin. The water temperature is up to 39 °, you can take a bath for 10-15 minutes.
