Goldenrod is a perennial herbaceous plant of the aster family, known for its bright yellow flower clusters.
Properties of goldenrod

Diuretic effect — promotes the elimination of excess fluid from the body.

Anti-inflammatory effect — traditionally used to support the body during inflammatory processes.

Antimicrobial properties — certain substances in the plant can inhibit the growth of specific microorganisms.

Antioxidant properties — contains flavonoids and other compounds that help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Urinary system support — in phytotherapy, goldenrod is used as an adjunct for certain urinary tract issues.

Astringent action — the plant contains tannins, which give it certain astringent properties.
Goldenrod is often used in the form of tea, an infusion, or plant extracts.
- Decoction: pour 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs with 1 cup of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes over low heat, leave for 2 hours, strain. Take 2 tablespoons three times a day.
- Tea: pour 2 teaspoons with the top of the herb 1/4 pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, strain. Take 1 cup three times a day.

- in case of individual intolerance to the components of the herb;
- if you have an allergy to daisies or ragweed;
- women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
