Heather can be used as a medicine in the following cases:

- With its expectorant properties, the plant promotes sputum removal and can be used for bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis.
- Its diaphoretic properties allow it to be used in diseases accompanied by fever.
- To treat diseases of the urinary system, such as cystitis, kidney sand, as the plant has diuretic properties.
- Heather can be used as a sedative for nervous system disorders.

How to use:
Decoction: pour 20 g of flowers with a glass of boiling water. After an hour, the mixture is squeezed, filtered and drunk half a glass three times a day half an hour before meals. This decoction is especially effective for problems with the liver, gallbladder, and kidney stones.
Tea: for this, a teaspoon of the plant should be poured with hot water, infused for 10 minutes and strained. This tea helps with increased anxiety and insomnia.
Alcohol tincture: 10 g of heather should be poured with 70% alcohol (50 ml) and left for two weeks in a dark place. Strain the tincture and take 30-40 drops three times a day.
Contraindications
- Heather should not be used by people suffering from stomach diseases accompanied by low gastric juice secretion.
- Do not use the drug in case of individual intolerance.
