Properties
Blackberry leaves are traditionally valued in phytotherapy and herbal tea blends. They contain tannins, flavonoids, and other natural compounds. They are used either as a standalone herbal infusion or as an ingredient in complex herbal tea blends.
Method of preparation
For infusion: 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaves, pour 200–250 ml of hot water. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
You can drink it as a stand-alone drink or take it with other herbs.
