Due to the rich composition of periwinkle, decoctions based on it have a complex effect on various organ systems:

Method of application
Universal broth: chopped periwinkle leaves – 1 tsp. per 1 cup of water. Boil for 20 minutes. Cool, strain, add a glass of boiled water. Take 1 glass 3 times a day in case of tuberculosis, asthma, bronchitis, gastric and esophageal ulcers, hypertension, menopause, headache and toothache, as an antipyretic. Apply externally to wash fresh and purulent wounds. Gargle in case of sore throat.
Infusion for the treatment of impotence, hypertension and migraines: Dried stems, leaves – 100 gr. 40% alcohol – 0.5 L. Insist for 2 weeks. Take 8 drops in the morning and evening.
