Method of application
Infusion: 1 tablespoon of flowers with 1 cup of boiling water and insist for 30-40 minutes. Apply externally or take orally 0.5 cup 3-4 times a day.
Decoction: For sore throats, inflammation of the gums or oral mucosa, it is best to use a gargle decoction of calendula flowers. To prepare it, you need 1 tablespoon of flowers with 1 cup of boiling water, boil with the lid closed in a water bath for 5 minutes, insist in a warm place for 1 hour, strain.
Contraindications
Acute gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the period of exacerbation, calculous cholecystitis.
