Properties

Lavender has:

• anti-bragic, antiviral, immunostimulating, wound healing, sedative, antifungal, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect.
• relieves muscle spasms and swelling;
• relieves joint pain;
• strengthens the immune system;
• accelerates recovery from bronchitis, colds, sore throats;
• stimulates tissue regeneration in bedsores, cuts, burns, and other injuries;
• calms, relieves anxiety, depression;
• destroys fungi;
• analgesics;
• Stops inflammatory processes.

Method of application

Infusion of lavender flowers: 3 l. Pour 400 ml of boiling water over lavender flowers and leave for 10 minutes. Strain and take half a glass half an hour before meals during the day – for migraines, palpitations, neurasthenia, bronchitis, rheumatism, as well as a choleretic agent.

Lavender tea: taken to heal the stomach – relieving spasms and discomfort.

1 tsp lavender flowers, pour a glass of boiling water. Infuse the tea for 5-10 minutes and strain. Take three times a day.

Lavender baths:

Recommended for people suffering from hypotension, as well as with nervous exhaustion. To do this, prepare a decoction of 60 g of lavender flowers, pour 1 liter. water, heat slowly until boiling. After that, the broth is infused for a quarter of an hour and poured into the bath. You need to take such a bath for 15 minutes.
