5 peppers – not very spicy, but fragrant universal seasoning for any dishes – meat, fish, poultry, vegetable, mushroom, soups, sauces, salads and others. It is better to grind this spice mixture immediately before use. The ratio of peppers in the mixture is equal – 20% of each type.
