Raspberry leaves contain vitamins A, B, C, K, E, PP, acids (salicylic, folic), trace elements (potassium, manganese, cobalt, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorus, molybdenum, iodine, magnesium), carbohydrates, fiber, flavonoids, mineral salts, polysaccharides, tannins, and essential oils.

Methods of application
To lower the temperature: 2 tbsp. tablespoon. The leaves are placed in a thermos, poured with boiling water for 2 hours, and given to the patient to drink every 3 hours.
For colitis, skin rashes, cough: 15 g of dried raspberry leaves are poured with a glass of boiling water, left for half an hour. The infusion is drunk in 2 large spoons 3 times a day.
For gastritis, enteritis, respiratory diseases: 2 teaspoons leaves, pour a glass of boiling water, take half a glass 4 times.
