How to use:
Hot recipe. Pour 200-250 ml of water heated to 90°C into a teaspoon of dry petals. Insist for 3-5 minutes. and poured into cups. The right infusion has a rich ruby color. If you brew it with boiling water and overexpose it, the tea becomes grayish-dirty in appearance.
Cold recipe. There are options here. The easiest way: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of roselle with a liter of water at room temperature, leave for 1-2 hours.
You can brew Roselle as mentioned above, and then refrigerate.
Contraindications
- Increased acidity, as well as an acute form of gastritis or a stomach ulcer. The acids in the plant’s structure have a negative effect on the stomach walls, causing heartburn and even relapses.
- Urolithiasis or cholelithiasis. The tincture has a diuretic characteristic, which affects the undesirable movement of stones in the kidneys or gallbladder.
- Individual intolerance to certain components. The plant cannot be accurately called hypoallergenic.
