Round-leaved Wintergreen

Round-leaved Wintergreen is an excellent anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, hemostatic, bactericidal, and calming agent.

• The main indications for using Wintergreen are chronic kidney and urinary tract diseases (glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, cystitis), including those with purulent discharges, as well as dropsy, ascites, and edema resulting from heart, liver, and kidney diseases. Wintergreen is an excellent remedy for cleansing the kidneys and bladder of toxins and salts. Extract or aqueous infusion of Wintergreen helps to dissolve and remove stones, has a diuretic effect, and restores kidney function.
• Wintergreen helps women with uterine diseases: in combination with pipsissewa for uterine atony or prolapse, in combination with upland uterus for chronic adnexitis, vaginitis, colpitis, fallopian tube obstruction, infertility, and genitourinary (including venereal) infections. It is especially recommended to take Wintergreen preparations during the recovery period after gynecological surgeries, abortions, curettages, and other interventions.
• Wintergreen is indicated for men with prostatitis, which in neglected cases can lead to impotence and adenoma. Wintergreen preparations are effective for treating urethral stricture and chronic purulent urethritis. For men, Wintergreen extract is recommended to be combined with Red Root extract.

Application:

Water infusion: pour 2 tablespoons of raw materials with 2 cups of boiling water, cover and leave for 15-30 minutes, strain. Drink half a glass 4 times a day before meals.

The course is 1-3 months, depending on the severity of the disease. Take a one-month break, then the course can be repeated.

Broth: 1 tablespoon. herbs in 200 ml of boiling water. Mix the ingredients. Keep the mixture in a water bath for 15 minutes. Let the broth brew for 45 minutes. Filter. Add boiled water to the broth to the original volume. Drink the resulting remedy for cystitis, 1 tablespoon. 3 times a day.

Alcohol tincture (extract): pour 50 g of raw materials with 0.5 l of 40% alcohol, leave for 2 weeks in a dark place, strain. Take 30-40 drops of the extract in 50 ml of water 3 times a day 15-30 minutes before meals.
