Rupturewort (Herniaria )

Rupturewort is a powerful diuretic. It helps fight edema, fluid stagnation in kidney disease, dropsy. By activating urination, the herb helps expel stones from the kidneys and bladder, as well as heavy metal salts and other harmful compounds from the body.

Rupturewort herb primarily helps in fighting hernias. In addition, medicinal products based on this plant are prescribed for:

• gout;
• acute respiratory disease;
• swelling or fluid accumulation in the body cavities;
• for the prevention of kidney stone disease
• External use of Rupturewort helps with skin diseases. Taking baths or applying compresses for patients with eczema, psoriasis, or allergic dermatitis actively reduces the symptoms of the disease.

Application:

Decoction: used for the treatment and prevention of pathologies of the urinary system of an inflammatory and non-inflammatory nature.

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of dried herbs, 250 ml of boiling water, 5 minutes in a water bath. Wait for the broth to cool completely and filter. Take a tablespoon in the morning, afternoon and evening before meals.

Infusion: 1 l. pour 200 ml of boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes in a warm place. Strain so that there are no solid plant particles left in the decoction. Take half a glass twice a day with meals for one to two weeks.

Contraindications

during pregnancy and lactation;
children under 12 years of age;
in the presence of individual intolerance;
after operations;
with prolonged, acute course of kidney stones;
with stomach diseases – ulcers or gastritis.
