Description
Lichen has the following useful properties:
- antibacterial;
- anesthetic;
- anti-inflammatory;
- antipyretic.
With regular use, moss has a positive effect on the body:
- normalizes blood pressure levels;
- reduces body temperature in case of fever;
- normalizes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract;
- relieves inflammation in gynecological diseases;

- speeds up metabolism.
Method of application
Infusion: 1 tbsp. pour 2 cups of cold water, bring to a boil, leave to cool, strain. Drink during the day.
Decoction: 1 tbsp. pour 2 cups of boiling water, boil for 30 minutes, leave to cool, strain. Take 1/2 – 2/3 cup 4 times a day half an hour before meals.
