Healing properties

Method of preparation

Alcohol tincture: Pour 10-15 g of the root with 0.5 liters of vodka, leave for two weeks. Take 1 l. 2 times a day.

Decoction: Pour 3 g of ginseng root with 600 ml of boiled water and boil until the volume is reduced to 200 ml. Take 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day.

Contraindications

Ginseng root preparations are contraindicated during pregnancy, under 12 years of age, and in the stage of acute inflammatory processes. They should also not be used in case of increased excitability and bleeding.

The stimulating and tonic effect of ginseng should be taken into account when taking it in a course and not in the evening. Treatment with ginseng root is incompatible with alcohol consumption.
