Method of application
Infusion: Insist 1 tablespoon (20 g) of chopped roots in 400 ml of boiled water for 8 hours (conveniently pour into a thermos overnight), strain. Drink 100 ml 4 times a day before meals, you can add honey, jam to taste.
Tincture: 100 g of root per 1 liter of vodka (40% alcohol), leave for 2 weeks, strain. Take an alcohol tincture of the root 20-30 drops per 50-100 ml of water before meals 3 times a day.
Drink for a month, take a break for 2 weeks, then repeat the course.
Contraindications
pregnancy, severe diseases of the cardiovascular system, kidneys. The recommended dosage should be strictly adhered to: in case of an overdose, poisoning is possible.
