1. Return and exchange of goods of good quality

The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of good quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of receipt, if the item does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • be unused;
  • retain its marketable condition, consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels, if present;
  • be fully equipped;
  • be accompanied by a document or other proof of purchase.

Goods specified in the relevant list defined by the legislation of Ukraine are not subject to return or exchange.

Return shipping costs for goods of good quality are paid by the buyer.

2. Goods of improper quality

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage, incomplete set, or an inconsistency with your order or description on the website, please notify us as soon as possible via the “Contacts” page.

For prompt consideration of your request, you may send photos of the product and packaging. This will help identify the cause of the issue faster, but does not limit your rights provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

Upon confirmation of a defect or an error on the store’s part, we will offer one of the following options: product exchange, rectification of the flaw (where possible), or a refund.

In the case of a confirmed defect, damage during delivery, or an error in packaging, return shipping costs and re-shipment costs are paid by the store.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned goods, and for goods of improper quality — after review of the request.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, or by another method agreed upon with the buyer. If a refund on the day of request is not possible, funds will be returned no later than within 7 days.

The initial shipping cost is non-refundable when returning goods of good quality, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
