Galega officinalis, also known as Goat’s Rue, has medicinal properties and is widely used in traditional medicine as a rich source of flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals.
How does a decoction of goat’s milk herb affect the body?

4 tbsp. pour 1 liter of water over dried galega herb, boil for about 10 minutes. and leave for 3 hours. Take 1/4 cup in the morning on an empty stomach.
Infusion for external use:
20 g of goat’s rue herb pour 200 ml of boiling water and insist for 50 minutes. Use to treat damaged skin areas.

100 г козлятника залити 100 мл горілки чи спирту (70%). Place the product in a cool, dark place and leave for 10 days. Then strain with cheesecloth and refrigerate. Take 20 drops 30 minutes before meals. This tincture helps to control blood glucose levels, improve metabolic processes, and remove toxic substances and toxins from the body.
