Galega officinalis, also known as Goat’s Rue, has medicinal properties and is widely used in traditional medicine as a rich source of flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals.
How does a decoction of goat’s milk herb affect the body?

How to use:
4 tbsp. pour 1 liter of water over dried galega herb, boil for about 10 minutes. and leave for 3 hours. Take 1/4 cup in the morning on an empty stomach.
Infusion for external use:
20 g of goat’s rue herb pour 200 ml of boiling water and insist for 50 minutes. Use to treat damaged skin areas.
