Method of application
Infusion:
1 a tablespoon of lingonberry leaves, pour 400 ml of water, put on a slow fire, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Then let the decoction cool, and strain it through a sieve. Take before meals for 3 weeks.
Infusion:
1 tablespoon of dry lingonberry leaves in a thermos, pour 400 ml of boiling water, infuse for 6 hours, strain and divide into 4 portions. Take 100 ml of the infusion in the morning and at night.
Cystitis and urethritis, inflammation of the urinary tract, complex treatment of pyelonephritis
Against the background of the inflammatory process, lingonberry leaf helps to wash away germs and soothe the mucous membranes. At the first signs of cystitis, you should take sitz baths with a decoction inside.
Infusion
Take 2 tbsp. of chamomile, lingonberry leaves, calendula, brew 1 liter of boiling water in a container with a tight lid, insist in a wrapped form for an hour, strain. Drink 150 ml up to 5 times a day.
Contraindications
- Acute renal failure and glomerulonephritis;
- An ulcer;
- Pregnancy;
- Low blood pressure.
