Natural purified shilajit

It is an excellent general tonic, wound healing and trauma healing agent for fractures and bruises of the extremities, internal injuries, burns, and increases the body’s defenses. Shilajit is stored for years without losing its properties.

It is used in cosmetology in the form of masks and baths.

Application:

• Internal – 5-8 g of shilajit, combine with a small amount of water, stir and combine with 500 g of honey, mix thoroughly – drink 1 tablespoon before meals 3 times a day (improves the body’s defenses).

For fractures, injuries, bruises:

• take shilajit for 6 days, 3 times a day, 1.5 g, with a glass of milk, or another option
• take 0.2 g of shilajit on an empty stomach in the morning for 10 days,
• Externally – in the form of an ointment: 30 g of lanolin, 20 ml of water, 3 g of mummy, 100 g of medical petroleum jelly, combine and heat for 20 minutes in a water bath.
