In addition, these acids are involved in one of the main processes occurring in the human body, namely in the regulation of the acid-base balance of the blood.
The benefits of tea rose petals are undeniable, they are capable of:
- resist infections and viruses, significantly strengthening the immune system;
- relieve you of a sore throat or runny nose during a cold or acute respiratory viral infection;
- remove toxins from your body and contribute to the rapid restoration of intestinal microflora (accordingly, tea rose petals can relieve you of ailments associated with improper functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as relieve you of diarrhea or constipation);
- cleanse the liver due to the fact that they can affect the process of bile formation in the body;
- have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the kidneys, relieving the cells of the body of excess fluid and swelling;

Cooking methods
Tea: 2 tsp l. petals and pour boiled water. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
Tincture: 3 tbsp. l. Soak the petals in 2 cup. boiling water, keep closed for 10-12 hours. Take 150 ml three times a day 30 minutes before meals. The infusion has an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.
Oil: soak the petals in warm cosmetic oil and insist in a dark room for 48 hours; squeeze the petals and pour fresh oil over them, keep again for 2 days; Continue the procedure until the oil acquires a pronounced floral aroma. Use externally to relieve inflammation, disinfect wounds. Drink for 1 l. in the morning on an empty stomach against peptic ulcer.
Rose water: Soak 1 c. of hot water l. let it sit for an hour, and strain. Use to get rid of conjunctivitis, gargle and oral cavity for ENT infections: sore throat, tonsillitis.
