2. Return of goods of inadequate quality
2.1. Goods of inadequate quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2.2. To return the goods, it is necessary to:
- Notify the Seller;
- Provide a photo of the goods and proof of purchase;
- Agree on the method of return.
3. Procedure for Refunds
3.1. Funds are refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, within 7 business days.
3.2. Delivery costs are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.
