Properties

Cocklebur infusion reduces the thyroid gland, and is used for acute and chronic bronchitis, stomach spasms, intestinal atony, and kidney stones.
It is recommended as a digestive stimulant, an agent that enhances sweat gland secretion, an antipyretic agent for colds, and a sedative for mild nervous diseases.
Contraindications:
- pregnancy and lactation;
- individual intolerance;
- childhood age;
- gastric or duodenal ulcer;
- constipation.
