Indications for use

How to use:
Infusion for constipation. 1 tsp. crushed leaves of the plant, pour a quarter of a liter of cold clean water, insist for a day, stirring occasionally, strain. Take the finished infusion in the amount of one glass before bedtime. The laxative effect occurs after 6-8 hours.
Broth. 1 tbsp. plant leaves, pour 250 ml of boiling water, leave for half an hour, strain. Take the finished broth in half a glass, before going to bed. The effect occurs after 8-10 hours.
