Blue Butterfly Pea ( Anchan tea)

It has the following useful properties:

• is used as a stress reliever, i.e. as an antidepressant;
• accelerates metabolism and helps lose weight;
• can serve as a natural antipyretic, so it can even be used instead of pills, according to research conducted in 2004 in India;
• is useful for diabetics, as it lowers blood glucose levels (even one cup of Thai orchid tea is enough);
• helps in the treatment of eye diseases: blue anchovy tea contains antioxidants that help increase blood flow to the eye capillaries;
• lowers cholesterol levels;
  helps maintain youthful skin and the entire body.

Method of application

For a cup of 300-400 ml. about 4-5 anchovy flowers are needed. It’s about 0.1-0.2 grams. And if you add lemon juice to anchovy, anchovy tea turns purple.

Contraindications

• Anemia. Blue tea from Thailand prevents the absorption of iron.
• Hypotension. Anchan tea has the property of lowering blood pressure.
• Pregnancy.
• Children under 3 years old. Tea is rich in antioxidants and trace elements – kids should not consume such products.
