Method of preparation
Infusion. 3 tbsp. pour 0.5 liters of boiling water. Insist in a thermos or a closed container for 6 hours. Strain and squeeze. Drink a glass three times a day half an hour before meals.
Decoction. 20 gr. add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2-3 hours (until half of it is boiled). Take 150 ml 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
