The benefits of pine needles
Pine needles contain large amounts of carotene and vitamin C. They also contain essential oils, phytoncides, tannins, resinous substances, starch, salts, macro and microelements. The beneficial acids in the composition deserve special attention. These include stearic, oxypalmitic, benzoic, oleic, and abietic.
Among the healing properties of pine needles:
- have a mild analgesic effect;

Method of application
Decoction: To prepare a decoction of pine needles, you need 50 gr. of basic raw materials and half a liter of water. Add the chopped needles to the boiling liquid and boil for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and leave for an hour. After the time is up, strain. Take half a glass a day.
